Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. For low and mid season (T1/T2): a 30% deposit is due at reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. For high and peak season (T3/T4): 100% payment is required at the time of reservation.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All prices are in Euros (EUR).

2. Cancellation Policy

Low, Mid & High Season (T1/T2/T3)

• More than 60 days before arrival: 30% of total booking amount
• 30 to 60 days before arrival: 50% of total booking amount
• Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of total booking amount

Peak Season (T4)

• More than 60 days before arrival: 50% of total booking amount
• Less than 60 days before arrival: 100% of total booking amount

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at check-in: €1,000 for Studios and Villa Alba; €3,000 for Villas Cali, Rosa, Amor, and Kaye. This deposit will be returned within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred.

4. Minimum Stay

Minimum stay requirements: Low Season (T1): 4 nights; Mid Season (T2): 6 nights; High Season (T3): 6 nights; Peak Season (T4): 7 nights.

5. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: Studios (Bali & Pina): 2 persons; Villa Alba: 4 persons; Villas Cali, Rosa, Amor, Kaye: 6 persons (up to 10 for Kaye with connected studios). Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.

6. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. House Rules

No smoking inside the villas. No pets permitted. Parties and events require prior written consent. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Villas must be left in reasonable condition upon departure.

8. Liability

Sweet Hill Paradise is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your stay. Guests swim and use pool facilities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
