Official documents requested
On arrival, customers will be asked to provide their identity documents and a bank card as a guarantee. These documents will be kept confidential within our systems and can only be requested for official use.
Check-in and check-out times
Villas are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Stay from 12/19/2021 to 01/10/2022
Minimum stay is 10 nights. A deposit of 30% is required on booking, with the balance due D-60 before arrival.
In the event of cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, Sweet Hill will not charge any fee. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, Sweet Hill reserves the right to charge a 30% cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, Sweet Hill reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation as compensation.
Stay from 15/11/2021 to 18/12/2021, from 11/01/2022 to 15/12/2022
The minimum stay is 6 nights. A deposit of 30% is required on booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, Sweet Hill will not charge any fee. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, Sweet Hill reserves the right to charge a 30% cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, Sweet Hill reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation as compensation.
Occupancy conditions
Sweet Hill villa guests must respect the premises and basic safety rules. No wilful damage will be tolerated.
Every other day, our team will clean and maintain the villas.
Subletting is strictly forbidden.
Under no circumstances may the number of occupants exceed the number of people initially planned.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villas.
It is strictly forbidden to hold public events on the estate. Fireworks and firecrackers are not permitted.
Security deposit and inventory of fixtures
A security deposit of 2,500 euros per pre-authorization will be required from customers at the latest when they move in. This deposit is intended to cover damage and/or deterioration to the accommodation, furniture and objects in the accommodation caused by customers, as well as the loss of keys or objects. An inventory of fixtures and fittings will be carried out with the customer on arrival and departure.
The security deposit will be returned to the customer within a maximum of one month after departure, after deduction, where applicable, of sums covering damage and/or deterioration to the accommodation and to furniture and objects in the accommodation caused by the lessee, as well as loss of keys or objects, waste disposal and disposal of non-reusable linen.
Tourist tax
A government tax representing 5% of the total cost of accommodation must be paid by customers.
Insurance
The customer undertakes to take out insurance covering the risks associated with his trip and stay (flight cancellation, delays, loss of luggage, etc.) Sweet Hill will not be held responsible in any way for problems such as, but not limited to, flight cancellation, delays, loss of luggage, etc. Sweet Hill will not be held responsible in any way for any such problems.
Visa
Please check with your embassy whether a tourist visa is required for a stay in Saint-Barthélémy.
